Impressively, the students setup three different conditions within each well. Long and arduous experiment....hoping we get some crystal hits!!

In class you showed us the one crystal as an example of what we are looking for, but do we want the entire sample to crystalize, or is one crystal enough?

Ideally, we will want at least one crystal for each of our SSB proteins. This may or may not happen. Its science and it unfortunately cannot be predicted!

But, as a class, we can collect structural data on the one hit we have thus far. Should be a great learning experience.
